Rebates & Incentives

The overall cost of joining the Ranger EV network may be less expensive than you think. Check out the various federal, state, and municipal incentives and rebates that may lower the net cost of installing charging equipment that works with Ranger EV.

Federal

Installing your Ranger Station at your primary residence? You may be eligible for up to $1,000 in tax credits.

Keep those receipts from buying your charger or from your installers! If you install a home EV charging station in a qualifying census tract, the federal tax credit is 30% of the cost of hardware and installation, up to $1,000. There are certain criteria to qualify for the tax credit.  You must purchase and install the charger in your primary residence between Jan. 1, 2023 and Dec. 31, 2032, and fall within an eligible census tract to claim the credit on your federal tax return.  See if your primary residence is within qualifying census tract. State & Municipal

  • * Owners of Multiunit Housing may be eligible for ODOT's Community Charging Rebates Program, which covers 75% of project costs, up to $5500 per port. Contact us for more details.

    * Central Lincoln PUD (CLPUD) customers can receive a $250 rebate for installing a Level 2 electric vehicle charger. Residential, commercial, and industrial customers in the Central Lincoln service area are eligible.

    * Consumers Power, Inc. members can receive a $200 rebate for installing a qualifying level 2 charger.

    * Eugene Water & Electric Board (EWEB) offers a $500 Smart Charge Rebate for residential electric customers who purchase a qualifying level 2 charger.

    * Pacific Power Charge at home rebates can provide up to $500, capped at 75% of total costs, for Level 2 home charging equipment, while Income qualified customers can receive up to $1,500 on hardwired Level 2 Chargers and $500 on 240-volt home EV charging.

    * Tillamook Residential EV Charger rebate offers $250 for customers in Tillamook PUD service territory.
